Private lessons and packages

Payment for private lessons and private lesson packages are due in full at the time of the client's first scheduled lesson.

Once the first lesson has been completed, payments for private lessons and private lesson packages are non-refundable. For lesson packages, no refunds will be provided for remaining or unused lessons if the client chooses to discontinue training or does not complete the package.

This policy does not limit any cancellations or refund right that may be required under applicable law.

Any refund or credit otherwise issued is at the discretion of Through The Muck Dog Training L.L.C.

Board & Train

Payment for the 4-Week Board & Train Program is divided into two payments. Fifty percent (50%) of the total program cost is due at drop-off. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due at pickup upon completion of the 4-week program.

For purposes of this policy, the dog’s drop-off date is considered Day 1 of the program.

Once the dog has been dropped off and training has begun, all payments made are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Owner-Requested Early Pickup

If the client chooses to pick up their dog and discontinue the Board & Train Program before the scheduled completion date:

-Pickup on or before Day 14:
The initial 50% payment remains non-refundable. The client will not owe the remaining 50% of the program price.

-Pickup after Day 14:
The initial 50% payment remains non-refundable. Beginning on Day 15, the client will be charged the daily training rate of $135 per day for each additional day the dog remains in the program, up to the amount of the remaining 50% program balance.

Any outstanding daily training charges are due at the time of pickup.

If the dog completes the full 4-week Board & Train Program, the remaining 50% of the program price is due at pickup.

No prorated refund will be provided from the initial 50% payment if the client chooses to end the program early.

Trainer-Initiated Termination

Through The Muck Dog Training L.L.C. reserves the right to discontinue the Board & Train Program when necessary due to behavioral or safety concerns, including circumstances addressed elsewhere in the Client Policy Agreement.

Payment and refund obligations following a trainer-initiated termination will be handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Client Policy Agreement and applicable law.

Training Results

Through The Muck Dog Training L.L.C. does not guarantee specific training or behavioral outcomes. Results vary based on the individual dog and the owner’s continued participation, consistency, and maintenance of training following the program.

No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.
